Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HireVAna ("HireVAna", "we", "us"), a platform that introduces real estate companies and brokers ("Employers") to remote specialists ("Specialists"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What HireVAna is — and is not

HireVAna is a neutral venue that helps Employers and Specialists find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement, engagement, or employment between users, and not an employer, agency, recruiter, staffing firm, or representative of any user. We do not supervise, direct, or control any work. Any engagement, scope, schedule, or payment is agreed and carried out directly between the Employer and the Specialist, at their own risk.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it, and for keeping your password secure.

3. Verification is best-effort, not a guarantee

Badges such as "Verified Broker", "Verified Business" and "UAE RE Certified" reflect a best-effort review of documents users submit at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of identity, licensing, skill, solvency, or conduct. You remain responsible for your own due diligence before engaging anyone.

4. No employment relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between HireVAna and any user, or between users by virtue of HireVAna. Specialists act independently. Employers are solely responsible for any obligations — including labour, tax, and immigration compliance — arising from engaging a Specialist.

5. Payments

Payment for any engagement is made directly between the Employer and the Specialist, off-platform. HireVAna does not hold funds, process wages, or act as an escrow or payment agent, and is not responsible for any payment, non-payment, refund, or related dispute. Any fees HireVAna charges for platform access are separate and disclosed at the point of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use HireVAna to defraud, harass, spam, or mislead; do not post false, infringing, or unlawful content; do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; do not impersonate others; and do not circumvent verification or safety features. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Your content & data

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant HireVAna a licence to host and display it in order to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any introduction will result in a hire or a successful engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireVAna and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, any engagement between users, or any user's conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid HireVAna in the three months before the claim, or AED 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HireVAna harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

11. Disputes between users

Disputes about work, payment, or conduct are between the users involved. HireVAna is not a party and is not obliged to mediate, but may, at its discretion, assist or act on reports to keep the platform safe.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Personal data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); see the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
