Founding Employer Offer, Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the HireVAna Founding Employer Offer and the Launch Offer, operated by Foreground Digital and Trading FZE LLC, licensed in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. They apply in addition to the HireVAna Terms of Service.

In short: the first 50 verified employers get 50 percent off Basic or Pro for their first six months. Everyone else who subscribes during launch gets 25 percent off their first month. Monthly plans only, one offer per employer.

1. The Founding Employer Offer

The first 50 eligible employers ("Founding Employers") receive 50 percent off the monthly subscription price of a Basic or Pro plan for their first six monthly billing cycles. From the seventh cycle onward, the standard monthly price applies (Basic AED 179, Pro AED 399). On an annual plan, the Founding Employer Offer is applied instead as 30 percent off the first yearly invoice, which is the same value as 50 percent off six monthly cycles. The discount is locked to the plan tier selected when the offer is claimed. It does not apply to pay-as-you-go unlock credits.

2. Eligibility

To qualify as a Founding Employer you must (a) complete HireVAna employer identity verification, including a valid UAE trade licence and the Emirates ID of the owner or authorised signatory, and (b) subscribe to a monthly Basic or Pro plan within 7 days of HireVAna's commercial launch. Verification must be approved before the discount can be applied.

3. Limited availability

The offer is limited to 50 Founding Employer places. Places are allocated to verified employers in the order their subscription payment is confirmed. Once 50 places are claimed, the offer closes, whether or not the launch window has ended.

4. Invitation links

Founding invitations may be sent as a personal link. Invitation links are personal to the named brokerage, non-transferable, and expire 5 days after issue. An expired link does not extend or reserve the offer; the standard offers available at that time apply instead.

5. The Launch Offer

Employers who are not among the 50 Founding Employers receive 25 percent off one month of a monthly Basic or Pro plan if they subscribe on or before 31 August 2026. One use per employer. Once issued, the Launch Offer may be applied once within 12 months of issue, including to a plan upgrade, after which it lapses. It does not apply to pay-as-you-go unlock credits.

6. Verification

Verification is reviewed by HireVAna and granted at our discretion. Accounts that are duplicated, fraudulent, or not a genuine employer are refused and do not qualify. If a verified employer does not subscribe within the window, the offer lapses and the place is not reopened.

7. Plans the offers apply to

The Founding Employer Offer applies to monthly Basic and Pro subscriptions (50 percent off six cycles) and to annual Basic and Pro subscriptions (30 percent off the first year). The Launch Offer applies to monthly Basic and Pro subscriptions only. Neither offer applies to pay-as-you-go unlock credits.

8. One offer per employer

One offer per employer and per company. Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotion. Only one discount applies to a subscription.

9. Cancellation and plan changes

If you cancel your subscription, the discount ends and is not restored on re-subscription. The Founding discount is locked to the plan tier on which it was claimed. If you move to a different tier during the discount period, you pay that tier's standard price and the discount does not transfer. If you return to your locked tier before the six discounted cycles have elapsed, the discount resumes for the remaining cycles. The six-month period runs from the date the offer was claimed and is not paused or extended by plan changes.

10. Pricing

Prices are in AED. HireVAna is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

11. Plan changes and cancellations

Upgrades apply immediately, and we charge a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your current plan and everything in it until then. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Free. Retention and promotional codes are one use per employer. We answer plan-change requests within 1 business day.

12. General

HireVAna may amend or withdraw these offers at any time before a place is claimed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
